Very bad service, did not know the market at all.
First Fidelity Appraisal Services of New England was tasked by our bank to do an appraisal for the property we are obtaining a mortgage for. The reason for my low rating was because the appraiser made a crucial mistake of having a wrong Square Footage in the property. I immediately reached out and pointed this important mistake in order to have the appraisal report updated, but did not receive a reply.
