Worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Closing my accounts next time I'm in town and moving to a credit union.
Nice place to do banking if you have a high balance I enjoyed banking at First Federal Savings Bank North Branch for quite a few years. My one problem with them was that I did not normally keep much money in my account, therefore was subjected to fees every month to use my own money. I did use First Federal Bank for a loan and was pleased with their loan department, staff members, etc. I just would not recommend this bank for someone who cannot afford to keep a large amount of unavailable funds in the account.
