Called three times, twice the receptionist would audibly answer and then end the call, when they finally answered they sounded annoyed. I don't know if this is the same one mentioned in the other review, but she really makes the company look lazy.
Rude receptionist. I asked for Desimones email address, she claimed this info is personal, and then tried to find out what the email was about. That’s funny because I actually have his cell and I was trying to be polite. She accused me of belligerence when I tried to explain the importance. My wife and I have a substantial amount of savings for a down payment on a home, although that wasn’t the purpose of the request, her bad judgement is a first impression of this business.
