Visiting lake city and needed some cash. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was secured, clean, and had a professional appearance.

They are my extended family and always have been able to help me with checking, auto loans, and personal loans, being there to advise my to make great financial choices. I was assisted by Ms Edith Hatch she was very professional and knowledgeable an able to solve my banking issues in a timely manner .
We have banked with first federal for years. No matter the request they have worked diligently to provide great customer care. The main branch employees are always helpful, kind and efficient. Angela always greets me by name, and has a smile on her face. Sarah S handled our most recent account opening and was quick and patient with the questions I had. Bre, Edith and Sydney all have been very helpful as well. We use all the local branches but this one is our favorite.
