My visit started off not so pleasant. Walked in and stood waiting for a teller. 2 tellers with one helping a client. The other just scrolling through Instagram or Facebook on her phone. As the other teller became free, she motioned me over. Being displeased, Jada earned the 5 Star rating. Very sincere and respectful. From now on, will wait in line for Jada to be available.
Horrible customer service, pathetic follow up and adminstractive accountability.
About to switch banks ive dealt with nothing good thru first federal for 1 i make a small purchase of 40$ and it won't process 2 since they added the new banking system they put my old phone number so I can't get in it. Even though the last time I came in I told them to put this number. I'm absolutely tired of it
Have been a member of this bank over two decades, highly disappointed with extremely poor communications and how they resolve issues.
