Manager Heidi and Kaitlyn M. are awesome! They made us feel valued and welcome as customers. Much better customer service than we get at our other bank.

Bank will not verify funds over phone from one of their customers. So you may not know if you are getting a bad check or not. Spoke to manager and said it was their policy. Terrible policy!!!
These people that run this place are the worst of the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My dealing with saint michaels bank was the worst experience I have ever had in greeley . Even a 1 star is 1 to meny. Go to farmers Bank, or any other bank except this bank. I was born here and I know alot of people I will be putting this on face book
A banker called me to tell me I wouldnt be charged a 5.00 overdraft fee because I used the wrong bank to pay a bill. Well, that was a lie because I was charged a fee After I sent money to cover that right away. What a way to lose business!
