We’ve banked personally with First FarmBank for nearly 6 years and everything has been great. But recently my debit card information was stolen and they have been minimally (if even that) helpful. $750 stolen during the holidays and I was told to “call the airline” with a HUGE lack of care or empathy. Great bank unless you have something like this happen.

Manager Heidi and Kaitlyn M. are awesome! They made us feel valued and welcome as customers. Much better customer service than we get at our other bank.
Whoever the Female “manager” is at this location is extremely unprofessional. Not very impressed with the way she presented herself physically or how she spoke to me. Beware of conversing with her.
A banker called me to tell me I wouldnt be charged a 5.00 overdraft fee because I used the wrong bank to pay a bill. Well, that was a lie because I was charged a fee After I sent money to cover that right away. What a way to lose business!
