Dr. Guidry is an awesome doctor but his billing staff, not so much. I have been a patient for over 15 years and went in for an appointment in November 2019. I called prior to going in to see how much the office would be. I get to the appointment and I'm told $85, and I pay that. I received a statement saying I owed an additional $65. Well that is wrong because I paid what I was told to pay, yes people make mistakes but you're not going to make me pay for the front desk clerk's mistake in misquoting me. RecommendedDr Guidry is a great, friendly, fun Dr. I've been here almost 6 years. The only problem I had was I had difficulty breathing and had to go to another Dr for inhalers to help. All the other times were excellent.
my dr for four years...warm and caring staff...very helpful and professional...coming from louisiana they made my transition so easy
