This place is amazing. They are so kind and friendly. Trying to fet the right glasses can be overwhelming and they made it so wonderful you feel really good knowing you hot the right thing. I cannot thank them enough for being who they are. The place to get your glasses!!
Doctor is great, their glasses not so much. I have bought 2 pair of glasses from them. The exact same part broke on both. One was mine, the other was my daughter's and the frames are different manufacturers. I brought them in to show them and to explain that the chances of this happening are low, but here we are. I was told, yes we've seen this before and there was nothing they could do. They suggested that I buy a more expensive frame so this doesn't happen again. Took our granddaughter to replace her frames. Everyone was friendly and professional. They set her up for free lense replacements as well.
Dr Barness explains things so well. I feel confident in her expertise. Reagan was very helpful with getting my glasses taken care of in a great way. I also think their entire staff is friendly and helpful.
