I got my exam done in Prosper office in March 2025 and wanted this office to send a copy of my exam result through an email. They didn't want to send it and wanted me to come to office to sign a release waiver. I sign so many documents every time I go to this office, and they couldn't get a waiver signed that time. And, I told them that I am out of country, traveling for work and my glasses broke. They still wanted me to come to office. Ridiculous. I did not get satisfaction with my contacts and they were not willing to exchange a barely opened pack bought at their office. I will not be returning.
Awful service!! After a contact that they provided to try and I ordered made my vision blurry, they would not exchange. Even for samples. Customer satisfaction should be their top priority.
Terrible, had to call 4x to find out about a contact order placed over a month ago, each person though courteous on the phone, gave me incomplete information so had to call back several times to get the full details. Been going to this place for 6 years b/c I liked the doctors, but since it was bought out by My Eye Doctor its just been bad. And somehow I was forced to buy contacts from them otherwise they told me my exam would be more expensive? This place is a rip off. Extremely rude office manager, please beware - Got a super expensive pair of glasses for my 7 year old which came with warranty. One of the legs broke within a month with no fault of the kid and when I called their office they ordered a replacement but no one informed me that we are supposed to retain the broken glasses to pick up the replacement.
