Yesterday I had the most thorough eye exam of my life, since I moved from Flint Michigan to Texas in 2013.. Dr. Lee, @ First Eye Care of Grand Prairie provided me with the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever experienced in my life. Doctor Lee investigated my eye’s functioning such that I was able to meditate in a relaxed state. I totally appreciate First Eye Care of Grand Prairie.. and Yes; of course all of the staff members are kind, warm and friendly.
Overall, I really loved my visit! Dr. Lee is extremely thorough with her exams. I came in for a routine eye exam for glasses and contacts and left learning something that no other doctor had ever mentioned before. The entire staff was very helpful, especially the young Hispanic girl who took the time to explain my insurance benefits and helped me decide whether it was smarter to use it toward glasses or contacts she was great! Not what I expected staff are rude and not friendly the only staff that was nice was the Hispanic young lady in the front doctor are so rude do not recommend this place at all
Was able to get what I needed and wanted. They diagnosed my issues and were very informative on coarses of action. Time in and out was excellent for the information I was given by the five staffers I dealt with. Cost was well within my expectation. Facility was super clean and neat.
