While the tech did try to get him to move his hands from his face which took a few minutes.. From the time we walked in, it seemed as if she was in a bad mood. She seemed annoyed, not friendly and it truly ruined our experience.. We were all mostly silent the whole time because the lady was rude.. We went for a gender ultrasound at 13w1d and a week later it was confirmed (from genetic testing) that the ultrasound tech was right! We had to wait a little past our appointment time but I didn’t mind as I watched them take every precaution to keep us safe from COVID. The ultrasound tech was incredibly helpful and kind. She was genuinely excited for us! The room was large and comfortable and I loved the big screen where we got to see our son ❤️ I highly recommend First Expressions! Absolutely recommend! Determined the gender almost immediately at just 14 weeks! Highly recommend the tech was patient and very friendly!
Fantastic experience today! Staff was so nice and the lady doing the ultrasound worked so hard to get my boy to turn over so we could see his face, and he did not make it easy! Identified the gender almost immediately. The lobby and viewing room were awesome! We got 4 printed images to take home and the full length video recording of our ultra sound. One of the few places around us that my husband could go and actually see his child since my own hospital wont allow the father in to see his own baby due to covid. Highly recom... read more
The ultrasound tech was super nice and informative even when my baby wasn’t cooperating. Didn’t feel rushed and got some nice photos.

Loved our ultrasound tech, She was very patient and kind and she got great pictures of our little baby. We are so happy we chose to go here.
Not sure if the staff was stressed out because of covid or just having a bad day but we did not get the experience we thought we would. We felt rushed and like a number. The tech did do a nice job trying to get good pictures but seemed annoyed when we were trying to chose from the pics. We spent over $200 and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Definitely will not be returning or recommending.
I had an amazing experience June 3rd the tech was extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them!! I was able to get the early gender scan and see that my baby is a boy at 13 weeks and it was just confirmed by genetics testing that he is in fact a boy, so very accurate!! Also the tech was able to help me pick out some cute shots to print and told me when the best time to come back would be and I will definitely be returning at 28 weeks for another little sneak peek! 😊❤
