I have been eager to set up an appointment for the HD live and have tried on 3 seperate occasions to try and schedule an appointment and have not been able to do so. I feel like my business is not really wanted so I guess I will have to go elsewhere...
Horrible experience due to tech shaking my belly violently. I simply called the manager to voice my concerns and was basically told that I was lying. I want trying to get my visit free just concerned about how my baby was treated. I asked for my package to be mailed to me she said ok and hung up! Well now that I received my package I cannot even stomach the DVD due to my baby being shaken in the ultrasound. Never would I recommend this place ever!
Horrible due to the tech vigorously shaking my friends baby in utero. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, unprofessional!
We had such a great experience there today! Thank you so much for helping make memories with our family and little one that's on the way. I can't wait to come back and see how the baby has grown.
