What a JOKE! Don't waste your money! – This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business! My family got there and we walked in and the receptionist didn't even say hello. She had as much personality as box of rocks. We had our ultrasound and the tech was nice but had no bed-side manner at all. Dry personality. She was able to tell us gender. Very Pleased!!! – My husband and I tried for quite some time to get pregnant. During the time we were waiting several of our friends got pregnant and went to First Expressions to get one of these cool new 4D ultrasounds done. Well my husband and I decided when we finally got pregnant we were going to get one done too. We went all out. We got the big Platinum Plus package I think it was like $270 or something like that. My Experience & My Opinion on Don't Waste Your $$$$ – I went to First Expressions for both of my children's 4d ultrasounds. I loved First Expressions both times. My first child was extremely stubborn, and would not show his face. I too had to go back to try again free of charge. At that visit he did show his face, and we got great pictures. We just went for our daughter's ultrasound and she did great. You cannot hold First Expressions or an ultrasound Tech responsible for your baby's lack of cooperation. Dont WASTE Your $$$$$$$$$$$ – I was Highly disappointed in our experience! We paid for the $155.00 package with the promise of a DVD and pictures to share with friends and family - No such luck. Our baby was hard to view so we rescheduled once and were told to reschedule again. Not many people understand how much stress is put on you and most important the baby when you have an ultrasound performed by someone that is not a doctor! Awesome Experience! – Great location & facility, friendly service, quality images, and great prices! I went here for my 4d ultrasound and had a great experience. I didn't have any trouble finding this location it was right off I-71 & Polaris Parkway. It was really easy to find. And it was definitely not by a cemetary. The tech was very friendly and seemed genuinely excited for me. I highly recommend going here for a 4d ultrasound.
Not my favorite experience – Hard to find facility, when I did I was not impressed, right next to a cemetary... technician did not seem to know much about the medical questions we were asking. Pictures did not knock my socks off, they were OK, but would not recommend it. We went to Cinncinnati last time and enjoyed it much more.
