Frank is NOT reliable, he is NOT honest. He is nothing that he claims to be on his website. Beware of this Man and his company. I am sadly very familiar with Franks business practices. He will not finish a job 100% Do NOT! pay him till it is 100% complete. I realize this is my mistake for trusting him. Shame on me!
