I have heard really bad things being said about Tim. But in all honesty, Tim has been good to me. My experience has been good. I ended up renting out a decent apartment for what money I did have. And, when no other rental companies would take what I have he did. I had just been evicted from an extended stay the same day I paid for my deposit and first months rent. This company doesn't maintain their property. Many health code, building code and fire code violations. No heat and AC! No matter how many requests are made to fix it!!! Disgusting!! Unlivable!!!

I first met Tim Shaw in November he is nothing like what people describe he is a nice sweet to me an honest man he has been totally upfront with me about the old house that I live in it is a fixer upper I rented it as is yes it may have its problems but I agreed to take it as is Tim Shaw has worked with me he has been very understanding he has not gave me a hard time he is just like any other landlord he expects his rent and people should be honest and pay their rent and not try to keep their money for other things my family... read more
2025 these people are not good to rent from, they were years ago but now they just think bout there selfs and will rush you out the door or be rude, don’t give them Applications they will take your money and act like nothing happened👌🏻!
