Closed my account without notifying me. Perfect payment history, $0 owed to them. The store they supported went out of business. So they closed every person who had a charge card for that stores account. This negatively affected my credit and is making it more difficult to purchase a home. I tried reaching out to see if they could send a letter of Goodwill to the credit report company and they refused. Said they would send me a letter. Terrible business practice and terrible service.

As a victim of identity theft, I have an issue with the verification process. Too much personal, identifying information is requested. One should not be required to provide, their full name, full address, last 4 of ssn and their date of birth. That is a theft waiting to happen. What is even more appalling is that there is no other means of verification offered. I have made many attempts to speak with someone in regards to a late payment placed on my credit report reported by First Electronic Bank for a November 2019 missed payment. I endeavored to reach someone who has some semblance of decision rights and compassion to help one of their customers during times of hardship. There is no words to describe the horrible company they are from billing practices, to collection practices, rude staff and no supervisors on demand and Corporate is a joke. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE if a company like FRY'S mentions this company as the creditor just buy cash you will save more in the long run.
