This bank offers a credit card through H.E.B. stores in the state of Texas.Poor customer service and lack of security protocols for customers accounts,don't do business with them that's all I can recommend.

It appears that ****** Brothers (citibank) has sold its credit card accounts to **********************. Reading First Electronic Banks online information it is a DEI focused bank that previously only offered a very high interest credit card that starts off as a secured card. Its BBB rating is 1/5 with many complaints. Having been a ****** Brothers customer for many years, I am not sure I will maintain this account.

This company keep your credit down and Ive reach out and I cant get anyone on the phone to find out how to get this off my credit I think its been longer than 7 years and its still on my credit and the sold my account not I dont know how to clear it off my credit

DESTINY MASTERCARD ********* is horrible! I had an address change for my card and received a bill to the correct address. 30 days later after I receive my card they put a block on it ensure it was the right address. And to top it off I have to fax in the license or mail and it could take 5 to 7 days.Its frustrating because why could they not have said this a month ago.Very sad!

This bank in ************** used to handle Frys Electronics Accounts! Since they closed in 2020 my billing statements keep getting late payment fees! The bills go to **************** ** and who ever does their handling of payments keeps messing things Up! They always blame the post office! They need to Shape Up their Business Practices! My account with Frys Electronics was Closed when the Business Closed! Since then it's been a Mess! Can't seem to speak to the right person to Fix the Problem!

I found out recently that First Electronic Bank issues a credit card I have and that they use genesis ** card services to service this account. Either way whether it is First Electronic Bank or genesis ** card services. I have never delt with a comapny that is so unwilling to work with you and so unwilling to accept customer feedback or let you talk to a supervisor. Once I settle this account with this company. First Electronic Bank shows up on my credit report, I have no clue who this business is and I have never opened an account with them. I don't even live close to their address listed. I disputed it on my credit report. Someone must have opened it fraudulent.

Fry close the account with out tell me after i talk to one of the sale guys at the store about my ******* curve TV going out they won just for 3 months. After they went out i of bussiness I try to contact someone to fix my TV to no response. So i miss a payment they call right away. I talk to some guys who said they are not fry credit but i need to pay the ****. I told him to fix my TV and I had no problem paying. I told him to look at record i had never miss a payment. Closed my account without notifying me. Perfect payment history, $0 owed to them. The store they supported went out of business.. Negatively effected my credit! Terrible business practices!! Can’t get ahold of anyone for answers!
