I am highly upset… why when you transfer service there is another deposit required? That’s senseless it’s not like the service is new it’s going to the same account. & to top it off the amount you have to pay is insane, you can’t get legalized billing until 12months! ENERGY is way better in my opinion.
Money grubbing swindlers. They charge your account daily. For the avarage amount of your daily use. And if you just happen to be a dollar short of what their attempting to withdrawal from your account. They cut you off without notice. I live paycheck to paycheck. And am stretched so thin you can see right through me to next pay day for two weeks. And they have cut my power without warning. 4 times in the last 2.5 weeks. Its madening. And ought to be outlawed. Terrible customer service. The initial response to my inquiry was fine. I left comments through my online account and received a phone call later that day. Upon completion of the phone call my issue had not been resolved but I was told the same CSR would call me back. Unfortunately upon receiving a call back I was unable to receive the call as I have work responsibilities as well....now is where the trouble begins.... We appreciate and understand the member's comments. First Electric's member service specialists (MSS) are trained to assist the member at first contact instead of transferring to the call. The initial MSS that spoke with the member had noted the account and the MSS in the call center was able to answer the questions based on those notes.
