I feel bad for BOBMCKENNA.........DeLuca is the best mortgage guy around. If you couldn't afford the house then you should have known better. DeLuca has done three deals for me ......all great deals. Man is a pleasure and easy to work with.
Anyone Hiring Joe De Luca should be suspect – Remember the mortgages that should never have been written? Joe De Luca wrote one for me and I am now in foreclosure. He should have known better but took advantage when I was down and out. In any case, look at his background, he has been with most mortgage companies for less than 3 years each. Who moves around like that unless they are "asked" to leave.
