my condo heat pump was leaking and i had to call this service because of strata. they send me pre authorization for my credit card and minimum charge of 3 hours and truckage to come see it. then they charged my card $580 even before they make appointment to send a technician to send out. the technician came and told me it’s leaking and he’s only repairing the heat pump so he need to go back and send the plumbing technician. mind you the call was about leak and they sent an HVAC technician. next day they sent a message on my ... read more

We have been working with First District for the last few years. Their service quality and attentiveness to their customers is fantastic. First District provides commercial and residential HVAC and Plumbing. BWS Solutions provides water treatment chemicals and services for HVAC systems. Highly recommend their services!

Your techs lack of care, caused destruction in our boiler room. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they had ppl coming in for "regular maintenance" billed us for it, and missed SO MUCH, eventually causing us thousands in damages. We are pursuing legal council, HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE THEM

First District Mechanical was excellent! Tracy from customer service was polite, professional, and responsive. Bruce, the technician, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with my AC. Both were incredibly professional and efficient. Very satisfied with the service. thank you!
