They have terrible customer service. They have hung up on my 3 times in a row and no one knows what is going on or how to do their job. Go with someone else!!
lack of talented and capable leadership
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the minimum. I notified them my business sold and they continued to take the equipment lease for two years. Returned equipment after sale but they couldn't "find" equipment. Never do business with these clowns!

I don't typically write reviews but my experience with Fiserv has been horrible. I can't contact them directly, and when I work with my bank, Wells Fargo, to contact them about Quicken bill pay, I've waited an hour twice over two days without resolution. They have been completely unaccountable and unreachable. There should be a negative star for them. I'll be talking to the Better Business Bureau about this experience.
