lack of talented and capable leadership
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the minimum. I notified them my business sold and they continued to take the equipment lease for two years. Returned equipment after sale but they couldn't "find" equipment. Never do business with these clowns!

I don't typically write reviews but my experience with Fiserv has been horrible. I can't contact them directly, and when I work with my bank, Wells Fargo, to contact them about Quicken bill pay, I've waited an hour twice over two days without resolution. They have been completely unaccountable and unreachable. There should be a negative star for them. I'll be talking to the Better Business Bureau about this experience.
Zero star company with zero accountability for it's employees. Also they like to charge people without reason, last I checked that was fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It was am expensive lesson for me, but it'll be the most costly transaction they've ever stolen I assure you. The owner clearly took lessons from "The Wolf of Wall Street"
