RecommendedFirst Dakota always puts customer service lst!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a customer of there’s for 4 years and when a fraudulent company started taking my money after repeated efforts to try to get them to stop, First Dakota National Bank told me “it wasn’t their problem” and there’s nothing they were going to do. Needless to say I’m closing my accounts and I’m taking my business elsewhere! I’m out thousands of dollars but I learned my lesson not to bank with First Dakota.
Love the Mitchell locations. One on each side of town is so convenient. Always professional and friendly
I have banked with FDNB for 27 years and have always been treated fairly and professionally. Larry Ness has been a huge supporter of our Yankton community and it has been impressive to watch the expansion of this bank. The banking industry would have a shinier reputation if it ran itself as Larry Ness has ran First Dakota. Kudos to you! Dr. Dan Johnson
Well I was told when I deposit my check, I wouldn't be charged a fee by the teller. I looked online the next day to my surprise I was charged a fee. I went in yesterday and asked to get it waved, since bank manager was at another location, I got told that she will forward email and I haven't heard a word. This was at Sioux Falls Branch
