Was misled on a mortgage. Spoke personally with bank CEO Larry Ness was assured corrections would be made, they weren’t. Banks actions cost me great opportunity. Definitely will not use them again.

0 customer service in their Louise branch in Sioux Falls. No one ever smiles or acts happy to see you & treats you like a hassle. You are a service industry that relies on our money! Haha figure it out! Every account has hidden fees & when you ask why no one can tell you why other than everyone else is doing it. Great advice from a 6 year old, not my banker!

I've had my checking account with FDNB since 2003, I believe, and I've never had any problems with them. I've had two car loans & a scooter loan with them and they have always been really friendly with me along the process! I've had a few overdraft mishaps (life happens sometimes!) & I have overdraft protection I signed up for that helped when I needed it!
My husband and I just bought a house and got a loan through First Dakota! We recommend Mary Pfeiffer for home loans! She worked so hard on our loan and much more! Thank you so much Mary!
Getting back to your customers would be a first. Being open when customers can get to you would be a second. You used to have Saturday lobby hours and no longer do. Locking a person out of their checking account twice in less than a few months because I didn't spend anything from it is very infuriating. I will be closing my account as soon as I get a chance to get to you when you are open.
