Honestly you can not ask for a more understanding landlord. He is the best you can ask for and really has your back. He makes sure the property is up to standards, and is always 1 call away. You are lucky to have him in your corner. If you are thinking about getting a property from him or renting with him I highly recommend. 5/5

I was owed my security deposit, in addition to a move-out fee. They never gave it to me, per our signed contract, after I vacated the property. When I contacted them I was given the runaround & excuses, but it was clearly there in black & white. To this day, I never got all of the money & the person responsible for it stopped returning my calls.
