I had a problem with the bank twice of similar situations. This last time I returned pans I had purchased and burner drip catchers from Walmart. The manager of Walmart somehow lied and presented false information to the bank that took my money I had spent. They gave my money to Walmart, as well as I had returned the merchandise. You’re a life saver hope they promote you!
Worst bank ever, expect nothing but lowest, you’re better off leaving your money in a shoe box, i tried calling them at 5:50 40 min before the closed, my issue was bot resolved, i tried getting money put into my bank INSTANTLY and it didnt show up until THE NEXT DAY i needed that cash to pay for my some for some food for my niece and nephew, the ended up damn near starving bc this sad bank didnt send my cash!!! Do not go here go to chase or something idk
