The teller basically refused to deposit my check because it would be more work for her to do so after trying multiple times to deposit on the app like she was forcing me to do and it being declined- I decided to go to a first convenience bank where I would actually be helped in Belton.
I arrived to the bank and it was closed early. Several cars were outside. This is the second time this has happened to me. Next time I would like to be reimbursed for gas, thank you!
Whenever I come to this drive thru I have to wait for the car or cars in front of me, which is reasonable; but I also have to wait another ten-fifthteen minutes when I actually get to the window. All I did was send up my stuff and I'm automatically told to please wait some more. I only had to deposit a signed check. This is ridiculous!!!! Thirty minutes or more to deposit a check. Do not bank with them! They are absolutely awful!!! They do not care about you. They charge you for everything and lie about it. They will charge you for the same NSF fee multiple times. They will charge you for fees you didn't even know changed in their policy. Then they refuse to let you close your account and continue to charge you even more which should be absolutely illegal! 0 stars. Absolutely horrible bank and customer service.
