We had wind damage to our siding. FCG was working on our neighbors house when I approached them about an estimate for ours. I had already contacted two other contractors days before and hadn't even received a call back yet. FCG quoted the damage and did the repair as soon as they were finished at my neighbors house. They went above and beyond!
We recently had our house hit by hail damage in 2024. It was our first experience working with a contractor to replace our roof and siding. Drake and his team made it seamless and worry free. We highly recommend First Contracting Group! Within 30 minutes after the storm, they were here assessing the damage and placing tarps over the affected areas. Over the next year, while we dealt with our insurance company, they were here several times taking pictures, meeting with adjusters, conferencing with the insurance company. Vernon Hills had a heck of a hail storm in the last week of August 2024 and I ended up hiring First Contracting Group to estimate the hail damage to my home. Chris was super helpful in explaining the entire process to me including working with my insurance company. They just finished tearing off my old roof and replacing it with a new one! These guys are meticulous and did a fantastic job. They are very customer focused and I could not be happier with their work. Great job guys and thanks again.
