Went to have a refinance done submitted all paperwork had a closing date set only to have the lender tell me the loan we applied for doesn’t exist anymore and there is nothing we can do. When asked why, the lender said it was his fault for not knowing the new rules. No accountability, completely wasted 6 weeks of time. Would never recommend and will use this as an example to teach people of how not to run business.
Matt was great and very helpful through the whole process. Easy, great communication, and felt at ease that I was being taken care of. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better mortgage experience with all the stress of a long distance move!
