We came into this location for an auto loan for our daughter. Rachel went above and beyond in her customer service. This is why we continue to bank with FCCU Came back to edit review. Whe we had our loan closing at the same office Dallas was awesome to work with, she explained everything so well to us.
Might need to get all employees trained the same, trying to open a teen account and have been told conflicting things from each employee I’ve talked to about what’s needed to open it. So I’ll just be going to an entirely different bank all together.
I've been banking with FCU for a long while, but today at this location cannot seem to get the same job done for some reason
