By far my favorite location! Always efficient, kind, and helpful. I appreciate their professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. Above all, I value their effort to make all clients feel valued and supported.
Great experience, Dallas helped me out immensely. I went to US bank and they wouldn't let me refinance my cars for 4 months, and it would only get me 8.5% apr instead of 9.5%. They also didn't allow me to cash my bonds until I've had an account for 5 years. First community let me cash both bonds, and got me to 5% apr on all my auto loans, saving the day. Will transfer all business and personal accounts to first community!
Great bank with very helpful staff
I can’t say enough great things about Rachel! She was absolutely amazing! We were dealing with a pretty crazy situation involving a loan, and she guided us through every step with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Her knowledge and dedication made the entire process so much smoother than we ever expected. It truly felt like she was in our corner the whole time. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Rachel is the one to ask for. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us!!
