They are very kind and thoughtful to the special needs family members. All my family bank here.
By far my favorite location! Always efficient, kind, and helpful. I appreciate their professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. Above all, I value their effort to make all clients feel valued and supported.
Great experience, Dallas helped me out immensely. I went to US bank and they wouldn't let me refinance my cars for 4 months, and it would only get me 8.5% apr instead of 9.5%. They also didn't allow me to cash my bonds until I've had an account for 5 years. First community let me cash both bonds, and got me to 5% apr on all my auto loans, saving the day. Will transfer all business and personal accounts to first community!
