Friendly staff. Great loans.
I have been banking with them for over a year and I never had an issue until today. I had a bunch of loose change and I put it rolls (which took me forever) and headed there to deposit it through the drive through and a lady short blonde hair just looked at me and said I had to come inside and put them in the machine she didn’t even let me speak before she told me I had to come inside. Avoid them all together is my advice. Don't use their ATM. Whomever handles their money for them cannot count. I have made several deposits at this ATM and several times their ATM has eaten the money and not returned it. Then I need to dispute it through my CU. Most recently, they reported significantly less in their balance sheet and I lost the money I put into their machine. I would think a bank should be a little better with tracking their money. Clearly, they cannot be trusted money.
