Very poor inconsistent customer service via phone. Ya'll are gonna act right or I'll have you shut down. You serve the public. Drop the attidudes. Overdraft protection is overdraft protection, up to a certain amount. If it doesn't cover a certain amount, then its not overdraft protection and those items/purchases/atm withdrawals should NOT be allowed through. Make your mind up folks and be consistent.
