Closing early at 6:59 and being rude when called out on it. Terrible customer support.
Where else can you find a bank that's open 7 days a week?! The service is outstanding. They always greet you when you approach and help you finish up your business quickly. What would a business be if not for their employees? They offer an overnight drop box in case you're later than 7pm on weekdays, and I belive 3pm on weekends. We were looking for a bank or my teenager to open an account. With two locations in the area, and the late hours they were perfect! Now our entire family used them.
