After calling the Myrtle Beach SC office to get my mom’s oxygen ready for NY 14 times leaving messages or waiting on hold until I was hung up on this incredible office answers their phone and did EVERYTHING to help and make sure mom would be able to have the oxygen conversion tank when she arrives back home! Thank you so much
After having received a CPAP through this office, I visited to ask some billing and equipment questions. The equipment questions were answered but I surmised that the employees who work in this office are more focused on completing paperwork necessary to get equipment shipped and understanding how the equipment works, as opposed to explaining how the billing is handled. People are nice but they want a credit card before they will even talk with you. All I wanted was the price of equipment. They won't even give that to me. Seems discriminatory to me, you be the judge.
Would never recommend this company to anyone! I had to bring the empty tanks to them from Rome to Syracuse cuz they refused to pick them up. They picked the oxygen concentrator last year and they are still billing my moms insurance for it. They are terrible
