Thru the years, I have bought and sold many different homes (my personal as well as rental houses). First Commonwealth Mortgage is the best I have ever worked with. I consider Bruce Schoeff (at First CommonWealth) a critical asset for all my mortgage needs and would highly recommend him. His speed, accuracy and vast experience are a testament to the impeccable service he provides.
I initially chose to work with First Commonwealth Mortgage as my mortgage broker due to the significantly lower rate. I would choose them again due to excellent assistance and service from John Changaris. Speed to close wasn’t necessary for me but it could have been done very quickly. As a first time homeowner, I am very pleased with my experience with First Commonwealth as the broker and John as the loan officer.
