Tried remote money transfer to another businesses account held by FCB. This was for a home purchase. Talked to teller who said they had to talk to manager and they would call me back. 2 hours went by and they never did. Since this was a management problem I called the manager. He said he would call be back. He never did. Spoke with another banker from Ebensburg. She never did called me back either. Three times in one someone said they would call me back but never did. They're open just going through some updates and renovations. The lobby is still open to come in during BUISNESS hours. The drive threw is open as well. The outside atm is available 24/7.
