Needed to open an estate account recently after a friend passed. Holly Budreau & Michael Moore made everything so easy. Fast, efficient and made me feel better during a tough time. I really appreciate their expertise. I would certainly recommend First Commonwealth Bank for anyone.
This is by far the worse bank I have ever been associated with. Imagine how a bank would refuse to close accounts even after the customer has requested them closed because of fraud and leave it open to collect of fees. Shame on you. I have written proof via email that my account was closed, but the manager told me that if transactions hit my account after its closed they still approve them. What kinda scammy stuff is that. Great Bank with incredible professional employees. The branch manager (Jutta Reinold) is an incredible role model that the employees at this branch definitely model after. The vibe is friendly but professional and you feel like the inly customer when you go there. You are looking for a new or different bank this is the one you should choose. Five stars all the way.
Alva Matthews has been nothing but an amazing banker at this location. She was so helpful through my the loss of my parent and helping get her accounts switched over almost a year ago and again today when I needed her assistance.
Jutta, the branch manager is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very patient and helped me resolve my problem. I highly recommend this bank!
