I just want to give a huge shout out to this bank! I have had them for years and 8 days ago I deposited money into the ATM at which it malfunctioned and spit out a blank receipt, so I went into the store to make sure my money deposited. At which point it did not. It’s been 8 days I have heard nothing the manager never returned my call today . The lady is rude there and treated me as it was my fault. They have the worse customer service here I have ever experienced!
The employees are great ! They take care of their customers and are kind and courteous, its my pleasure to bank there, Thank you.
I'd suggest banking elsewhere.
Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone even during open hours. Customer service doesn't exist
I went in to get my debit card replaced. Now, almost 10 days later not even processed no record of the request.
