Opened a business banking account with them and I can honestly say it has been nothing but a hassle. Especially with Covid procedures. I feel like I never have access to my money when I need it. Especially for business expenses and deposits that need to be very fluid. I most likely will cancel all of my accounts and transfer them to my citizens bank account where I have had better experience with business banking.
High rate of crime at this location has me going elsewhere.
This company is the WORST. Not only did they screw up an international wire transfer which cost my $4,000 they randomly turned off all our debit cards without contacting us which ruined a $50,000 ad campaign. There is no branch managers in the office and no one knows what's going on or can provide any answers other than "We're look into it and call you back". I desperately wanted to use a small local Pittsburgh Bank (even though my rates are higher...) but more often than not there is a reason they are dying and no one wants... read more
