They try to avoid the work. Not very active people. They are busy with cell phones and ignoring the customers
Seen there hasn't been a review in 9 months so I thought I'd share my experience. I'm there once a week because its the closest one to me (ever since they closed the one on W.Lib Ave). They're never busy and I've never had an issue going in and talking to any of the tellers. They are all very nice and greet me when I walk in. They're able to answer any questions I have about withdraws or other various bank questions. I've never used there ATM or drive thru though. I always go in. As a Local Guide here in Pittsburgh & a member of FCB for 10 years AND a small business owner I feel like I should finally discuss the incompetancies & lack of thought at the GT Branch. And I barely go there. I am all over the place & prefer to use the ATM but their ATM is as incompetent, nonfunctional & unimpressive as the quality of care there. Such a bunch of incompetent people work here. I wonder how do these people get hired!! Kathy is worst and so is her manager Tim. No common sense and full of attitude. I’ve been FCB customer for 15+ years, I’m done!! Moving my business elsewhere.
I always get the Indian woman and she always screws something up that Im trying to do! I had numerous incidents and tried calling a manager but they don’t have one! She doesn't properly understand correctly but yet still dealing with peoples money! I called in asking to go away with the paper that comes to my house she told me I had to have online banking which I do but however I cant find that option, she told me look around on the app(you think I didnt try that before calling) anyways, then she told me so you want online b... read more
