Really slow workers.
E-File 1040 form is unable to accommodate FCCU member account number because FCCU added (prepended) additional numbers to the standard member account number that the 1040 e-file form will simply not accommodate. Multiple assist calls were made and was told to contact IRS. IRS has already sent my refund and I’ve yet to find any IRS recourse for resolving this.
The worst banking institution EVER! Two people are currently working. The teller has 2 inch nails, there’s no way her hands are clean. This place is disgusting!
I need to let you know this branch has been a plus five stars number one the most helpful hands down the staff the manager everyone at this branch has seriously gone above and beyond multiple times over the years when I needed their help with different Financial circumstances. I highly recommend this bank and I cannot speak High Enough about the individual that work at this location, Scott and Beth are amazing!
