Terrible underwriters! Don't try to get a car loan here. Their loss. I'm banking with a new credit union now.
Update: They claim to have a stress free Cardless ATM system. Yea right!!! Online says to enter your account number but when you get to the atm, the only option is your Phone Number, SSN, then the code they send to your phone. SOMEHOW none of my information works!!! I've been banking with this company for a decade & have had my number even longer BUT THE SYSTEM CANT FIND ME WITH MY CREDENTIALS!!!
