I had the greatest experience at First Commerce credit union. A special shout to Ms Priscilla Manker she's truly is the definition of great customer service.
This is the absolute worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. The representatives are unhelpful. I have a mortgage loan with them and so far every single month I've had issues. Payments are not processed correctly. When i call to question it i'm told they have to speak to the mortgage dept because they know nothing about this type of loan. When I ask to speak to the mortgage loan department I'm told they don't speak to customers they will only give a message to the reps to call me back with their info then the rep... read more
Orian is absolutely the best. He’s patient, understanding and driven to customer service care. He’s the go to guy and he does provide the best insight to customers when they are in need of help. He’s really helped me in countless ways, Thanks Orian
They used to be great! Im not sure what happened within the past couple years. In person and over the phone they will not only make you feel uncomfortable, but not solve your problems as well....even if they say that they did.
