Very disappointed with the way Mrs. Kluttz and the Terry High School choir were treated by the First Colony Mall management tonight. This used to be my favorite mall, but I'll not support a mall with management that doesn't even have the decency to be discrete in turning kids away from spreading Christmas Cheer. The Mall Management refused to let a local High School Choir sing in the Mall this season .. (a tradition they have done for years) the Management were rude and even escorted them back to their bus so they wouldn't sing along the way .. poor taste and poor Customer Service!!! .. it's always a treat to be able to hear local talent ... it's the Holiday season and while people are shopping for Christmas gifts in YOUR Mall... we want to see and HEAR !!! So tacky and inconsiderate of your management to berate a choir director in front of her students for trying to sing in First Colony, which they've done for many years (10?). I can only hope that all of the students tell their friends and family about the shameful treatment they received today and everyone BOYCOTTS your business. They need to post weapons prohibited sign on the doors not 30 feet into the mall. I had to walk back out and put my weapon in my car. Please fallow the correct rules of language. Just checked other doors and there’s no signs. Only in the food court entrance has a sign 30 feet past the entrance door.
People stealing things..its definitively not what it used to be...security pays no interest in what their job is supposed to do. Very disappointing.
