Fast service, excellent long distance tow
Towed my truck to the wrong place. I did a location pin with Geico and they said that the Driver would find it. He called me and asked if I was near a Dr's Office. I asked did he get the location and he said yes. I asked then how is he having trouble when the truck is on the side of road off of 230 and not at a office. After a couple of hours my truck did not turn up. I called and they took it to the wrong place. I called dispatch and she wanted to argue with me. They towed my vehicle under the direction of a Nassau county deputy that had no right under the laws of this state. Then charged a release fee that by far exceeded t.he fees allowed by Nassau county or the state of Florida to be charged when a vehicle is towed and or stored by a towing company directed to do so by the sheriff's department
