Marie is the grouch that answered my call today & when I questioned the fee to get my personal belongings from my vehicle she started going off on me saying that “tow companies need to make money too” & then proceeded to go off the rails about how she’s had a bad day & she’s tired of people like me & I don’t know what she’s going through. Called AAA for a tow on a Sunday evening and the tow driver called me back about 30 minutes later and was picking up my car within the hour. Outstanding and professional. I wish I would have gotten the driver's name. I recommend these guys 100%. Outstanding work
Called a tow for my nephew and First Coast Towing responded. The driver, did not get his name, was friendly, professional, did his job quickly and professionally. Delivered the car to the house and dropped it right in the garage like a boss! Whole time he was friendly and professional. I called FCT to let them know about him and his work, thought I would also put in a review. Nephew and vehicle home safe and sound, thank you FCT Driver!
I had a Great experience with First Coast{Middleburg}tow operator Randall J. He was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, good driving skills and helpful with my wife and I getting out of his truck. I was so satisfied with his work ethics that I requested him for a return transport!!
