Went to visit Dr Rick back and October for some issues. I just want to say Thank you to Stephanie in the office and Dr Rizk who performed my surgery on 12/11. I was scared I was going to be in pain but honestly I am ok and I have been able to go to the bathroom better than I have been able to in many years! So thank you!!!

Love Dr. Bassam Rizk and Dr. Ralph Rizk. But the staff, especially Stephanie, not so much. Stephanie doesn't know how to listen. Ralph Rizk was authorized at Ortho One, then he moved to his father's office. Humana has no problem, ZERO friggin problems with continued authorization but couldn't get the necessary info from staff. I've had over 400 Dr Appts as a Disabled Veteran and ALL of the personnel that checked me in thanked me for my service. At least that was the case until today🪖
I had to have a hemroidectomy done due to severely painful hemroids and this doctor saved me. I had never experienced pain so horrible in my life even after giving birth to my son. Dr Rizk schedule a surgery immediately for the next day due to the severity of the issue. Although the surgery, and healing process is painful, he showed such care and comparison to help.
