Great provider but calling the office is a nightmare. You get to wait on hold for 5 minutes to talk to someone for 90 seconds. Every time I've been in the waiting roo., it sounds pretty quiet in the front office. Receptionist acts like she doesn't like her job but can't be fired. I will keep having to put up with the office issues because I like Nicole so much and there really aren't many other providers in the area. I'm going to bring up the nightmare experience on my next visit.
I should second that person who mentioned listening to the reviews to address issues prior to wasting time! Very rude staff, Mr. McCarthy is very unprofessional also. We will be conducting several reviews & looking into prompt action as him & this office lied & put many individuals lives at risk due to negligence! Be careful! I will be taking this on to avoid the risk for others! Someone must speak up!
I have only been going for a short while and I think the entire team is exceptional. The front office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I currently see Carl and Nicole and they are nothing short of amazing. I feel like they actually listen to me.
Sarah Lynch is great but the staff is a mess. Expect to make 9-10 calls to get a problem sorted out. Also, expect to call 3 times to get your prescription refilled. I wish I could just see my doctor and not have to communicate with the front desk because it has been very stressful, I feel like nothing ever gets solved. :(
