Great Doctor's I have four children 14,9,7,and 6. I have been going to this office and The one Located on Main st. for the past 14 years, I have had nothing but great visits, when I needed to schedule appointment right then they would try and get me in that day and if not it was the next day,Please understand there doctors and they see a lot of children and they do get booked, When my daughter had a ear infection they didn't have a space open but said they could work her in and they did, When i called after hours when my you... read more

I am the mother of three children 10, 7, and 2. Due to the lack of doctors in my area I continued to use this office after multiple incidents. I finally made the decisions my children would be taken care of much better in the hands of base doctors (military). The first issue that it came across was the scheduling. My daughters well baby check ups got so behind because they could only schedule so many of those types of apts they stated so when he shots were due one month they wouldn't be able to get her in for TWO months late... read more

The staff has been so unhelpful. They do not upload their data to FL Shots and it was near impossible to get documentation for the 3 vaccinations they administered. I paid a bill that my health spending account had covered and was not reimbursed. The billing associate sounded like she was falling asleep and offered no help at all. Needless to say, I will not bring my children back for service and do not recommend this office at all.

This is the second pediatrician I've been to and I've never been treated more like I was an idiot. I brought my son in for his third round of shots, and due to some error in the paperwork (and I'm a new mom, I'm just learning to make sure these people are doing their jobs when it comes to this so THAT is my fault) they recorded the shot round as only his second vaccination.
