Today on the phone I was greeted by a very rude uncaring woman. I called because I had nowhere else to turn to because I am 70 yo living on a fixed income in the Palm Coast, just south of St Augustine. Our local Vet recommended I contact them because they were going to charge me $800 to remove a bacterial lump she had analyzed in their Vet lab.
