I'm very disappointed with my first appointment. It was at 2:45 pm today, and I was there at 2:40. I was sent Into a room at 2:55, and waited until 3:45, and no vet or associate came in at all. I walked out and told the front desk how long I waited, she seemed to ignore me. I left! They may have been busy, but Not very helpful or attentive !!!
Today on the phone I was greeted by a very rude uncaring woman. I called because I had nowhere else to turn to because I am 70 yo living on a fixed income in the Palm Coast, just south of St Augustine. Our local Vet recommended I contact them because they were going to charge me $800 to remove a bacterial lump she had analyzed in their Vet lab. This lump she said was non-threating and recommended I try prescription tablets for 10-days. They cost me $200. The lump did dissipate, but a few weeks later began growing again. W... read more
