They make appointments they can't keep. They don't answer their phone. Based on my experience they are extremely unprofessional. If you're looking for medical care I would find another practice.
They make appointments they can't keep. They don't answer their phone. Based on my experience they are extremely unprofessional. If you're looking for medical care I would find another practice.
After my only appointment the doctor had a plan, I was very satisfied. Went to get blood work labs. Never received a call from the doctors office about my labs. I called the office 4 times to speak to someone about the labs. 4 times they took my number to have someone call me back. 4 times, never received a call back. Very disappointed.

I’m very disappointed in this practice. I called & left messages for my doctors assistant on 4 occasions over 3 weeks without a call back. Finally I got a call today & no one seemed to understand why they were calling me back. I was told if my labs had shown something serious they would have called me.
