Sergio and Nick did a great job cleaning my air ducts and my dryer vents but also gave me tips on keeping up with the ongoing maintenance of everything. They both were very professional and did an outstanding job.

First Coast Home Pros did an awesome job deep cleaning our home. They took the time to ensure every area was clean and it felt like new when I got home from work. It was a big relief for this busy new mama. I will absolutely be arranging for them to clean our home on a regular basis.

Sergio was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and teach us about some dryer maintenance tips that we had no idea about. Considering how well this service call went, I would definitely recommend them and would consider using the other services they provide as well. Dryer vent went from pushing around 1100 psi of air to over 2300 psi. Our dryer was finally drying clothes in one cycle instead of 2-3.
I just had First Coast Home Pros here to clean & seal our ceramic tile floors throughout the house. Firstly, let me say they look BRAND NEW, which I didn't think was possible. Apparently the builder never sealed the floors. Secondly, the staff from answering the phone, to making appointments, to the technicians who come to do the work, are all outstanding. Professional & courteous each and every time. Highly recommend them!
