Sergio and Nick did a great job! They not only cleaned the air handler and air ducts and dryer vent but Sergio who is very knowledgeable about ac units showed me how to keep up with some maintenance on my own as well to make sure our air works at its best. Nick also showed me what equipment to get so I can keep up with my dryer cleaning from all the built up lint that doesn't get caught by the filter.
Just had all of our carpet cleaned, they did a wonderful job and were very professional
I am grateful that I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with First Coast Home Pros. They were professional and took the time to explain the parts of the dryer that need special attention. After 10 years in this house, I didn't realize how badly the vent needed clelaning. I am appreciative of the information Sergio provided, and plan to call them again for window cleaning and pressure washing, and of course, my now annual dryer vent cleaning!!! Highly recommend First Coast Home Pros!
We had our gutters cleaned, our soffits and screened-in enclosure pressure washed and our two-story entry window cleaned. Everything was done professionally. The team cared that the work met our expectations. They exceeded them.

This company did a great job cleaning the screened porch. Guys were very professional, friendly and efficient.
Cody and Matthew just cleaned my gutter which were plugged in spots with oak tree leaves. The did a very through job and flushed the downspouts to make sure all of the leaves were removed. I highly recommend there work and work ethic.
First Coast Home Pros have been PW my home, driveway & walkways; plus, cleaning windows inside and out, and screens since Nov. 2011. Rick and Jeff were just here to do the job this week, and were just the type of workers I expected from this great company. They were friendly, professional looking and acting, great workers, very polite and so efficient. I will continue to use First Coast in the future and I recommend them to whoever will listen.
These guys were the best! Explained everything to me and what I needed to do in the future! Would recommend them highly!!
