Dr Rachel and team is very professional and easy to schedule with. After searching for a vet for over a month I was desperate to have my new horse seen and vaccinated by knowledgeable professional. They arrived on time and were able to take care of all of my miniature horses concerns including floating his teeth. Very affordable as far as vet care goes as well. 10/10 will be using Dr. Rachel for all my equine vet needs.
We have had the need to have Dr. Rachel out several times since last summer. In each instance she was prompt, very compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. She patiently guided us through medical options when called for and her follow up was absolutely exceptional. We are so grateful to have her and her team in our area to care for our hooved family members. We highly recommend her services.
Highly recommend! She is the most family friendly, kind, and compassionate Equine Veterinarian you will ever find here in Jacksonville. A large buck attacked our horse and punctured her with its antlers underneath her stomach area. The area swelled badly. I was really concerned (freaking out inside) that she either had an infection or the wound was a lot deeper than thought.
