Arrived on time and did a great job, efficiently and timely. Called my carpet old (have had it a little over a year) but it looked great (old or not) after the job was finished. Old tile floors looked much better also.
I was amazed at the difference between First Coast Chem Dry and other Chem Dry companies I have used in the past. They were on time, professional, friendly, answered all questions and It was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had - looked like new! Troy did a wonderful job.

I had my couch cushions cleaned by First Coast Chem-Dry and they did a great job. Eric called to let me know that they were on the way and the technician was nice enough to "deal" with my dog. The cushions came out great! Highly recommend!
